01 — INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PIPPRODUCTIONS website and the creative services we provide. By using our website or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
02 — ABOUT PIPPRODUCTIONS
PIPPRODUCTIONS Limited is a UK-based creative branding, design and digital marketing company. We provide strategic and creative services for businesses seeking to build, express and grow their brand.
03 — OUR SERVICES
Our services may include branding and visual identity, website design and creative direction, digital marketing creative services, advertising creative, marketing materials and design assets, plus other agreed creative services. The precise scope of each engagement will be confirmed in writing.
04 — CLIENT PROJECTS & AGREEMENTS
All projects are agreed through written proposals, quotations, statements of work or contracts. These documents set out the project scope, deliverables, timelines, client responsibilities and revision limits. Work requested outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, timeline or separate agreement.
05 — PAYMENTS
Payment terms, invoicing arrangements and any deposit or upfront payment requirements are set out in the relevant proposal, quotation or agreement. We may pause work where payment is overdue. Late payment provisions may apply where stated in the relevant agreement or permitted by law.
06 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership of final approved creative work is governed by the applicable project agreement and ordinarily transfers only after full payment has been received. PIPPRODUCTIONS retains ownership of design concepts, unused concepts, working files and pre-existing materials unless agreed otherwise. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licence terms. Clients remain responsible for the rights to any materials they provide.
07 — WEBSITE USAGE
You may use this website for lawful, personal and business-information purposes only. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or reproduce, distribute or exploit its content without our written permission. All website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
08 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to this, PIPPRODUCTIONS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, business losses, delays caused by clients or third parties, third-party services, or matters outside our reasonable control. Any project-specific limitations will be set out in the relevant agreement.
09 — CONFIDENTIALITY
Each party will take reasonable care to protect confidential client, project and business information received from the other. Information that is public, already known, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law is not treated as confidential.
10 — TERMINATION
Projects or agreements may be ended in accordance with the terms of the relevant proposal, quotation, statement of work or contract. On termination, fees for completed work and committed costs may remain payable, subject to the applicable agreement.
11 — GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from these terms or the use of this website, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
